Back at the start (again)

no preview

This happens every time....I start off great...do my exercises and eat well.....then I peter off....and its always at the end of my period...for at least 2 days I go crazy and its like I need every single type of starchy carb that I can get my hands on...then I go into the "nothing fills me up" phase...which I have just come off of!
So...I have fallen off the proverbial wagon and was caught under the wheels for a while....not allowing me to get out from underneath of it!!

Things weren't all that bad...just not doing the workouts is the biggest downfall for me....as long as I do that, things seem to even out (or at least I don't gain TOO much after a binge!)

So...this weekend I sat down and created my own schedule/daytimer book (seeing how I have a few businesses going on I need to keep everything in one spot) and today IS A NEW DAY!!

Woke up bright and early, had my shake, having my water and planning on doing my workout at 9:30am this morning!
I am starting at the beginning for my Turbo Fire workouts again (and again, and again...but I guess that's better then not re-starting at all!)...so on today's schedule is Fire 30 and Tone 30

Going to try to pre-make all/most of my meals...starting with snacks. I think that's where I have the most problems...I'm ready for a snack, but not sure what I want, and then I make "bad" choices!....so if I take the guessing out and just have all my snacks ready, then I'll be good to go...

What do you do to make sure that you eat properly?

Hitting a bad streak....and it's weigh in wednesday!

I had such a terrible, terrible headache yesterday....nothing I did seemed to help it go away...I added in some carbs (in the form of crackers)  but that didn't seem to alleviate the ache....neither did all the other CRAP I ate yesterday...

I had also hurt my back just a bit on the right hand side a few days ago...and since then I've been achy and sore, so maybe the headache is an extension of it?

Even though the past 2 days haven't been the best eating days...I've made up for them with maintaining my workouts (I did 2 workouts yesterday...still went pretty hard, but with my back and such hurting a bit, I had to back off some things a bit..)

Then it hit me......I haven't been having my Greens, OR having my shakes....D'oh!no preview
Taking the small things out of my schedule have made the biggest difference....so today I will be making sure to add those back IN to my eating schedule

So, needless to say...these few "bad" days have taken their toll on me.....
Here are my numbers (sorry it's condensed ... short on time today!)

Overall body inches:  271...still down 2 inches from last time (mostly in my hips, legs and arms...went up by .5 in the abdomen...I'm a bit puffy today from the starchy carbs from yesterday...and the day before...)

Weight: 203.8.....UP 2 lbs...but I'm not going to let this discourage me...what goes UP, must come DOWN! I'm going to use this as motivation to break the 200's

I am also on the last few days of the thing that makes me uniquely "woman", and I've been finding that's when I tend to binge the most...after.....before and during I'm an extremely dedicated/healthy person...but it's when it starts to fade that I get the carb cravings....which is so weird b/c I thought it should be the other way around...
Well...it was these backwards cravings/actions that made me create this blog....so I can reflect back on the days and see what the heck is going on!!

For my schedule today....it's Fire 30/stretch 10 for exercise
For food...I'm going to get my greens and shakes back INTO my eating (and eliminate starchy carbs...bye bye corn on the cob and potato salad...you were delish!)

I have to start packing everyone for the weekend...we leave for camping tomorrow...my workout plan for the weekend is to take my resistance band, and write out a full body tone 30 for Saturdays workout and for Friday I'm going to go for a big bike ride (just hope I can get away myself so that I can actually make it a cardio workout..)
And I also need to get food organized.....busy busy!! Good thing laundry is all caught up!

happy health!
here is my eating...instead of putting it down in 2 separate places...I'm getting back to MFP and using it's site

Blech! Yesterday went downhill....

no preview
...well....Monday won this week:(

I started out great....got my workout in...doing some things around the house....but for some reason I couldn't stop eating...I ate ALL the cherries and most of the grapes for the week...maybe that's better then a bag of chips....

I had made a wonderful dinner...bbq chicken, roasted baby potato salad and corn on the cob (this was my "fatty" meal, and then I used my Fat Fighter after)...and then the chocolate bar and popcorn fiasco happened. I bought a chocolate bar and made popcorn....and ate it ALL. blech.

BUT...now that is behind me....looking back I don't think I ate as many good things as I should have...I missed my morning snack and sort of combined it with lunch.....I'm starting to notice foods that are good for me (that keeps me filled and not hungry) and foods that aren't the greatest (that don't keep me filled and where I'm still hungry)...and I find for me, especially when I eat makes a lot of difference....I find I need to eat a little something every 2 hours....you could set your clock by that I swear!

We are off camping this week for 4 days...so I need to pull up my socks and get my act together!

On today's schedule:
workout (core 20 /stretch 10/fire 30), sitting down and meal-plan for camping, making jar salads, and starting to get packed for camping...and the biggest one EAT  the right things at the right time!!

happy health!

Its been a few days

Sorry...i know it's been a few...somehow I blinked and then Thurs and Friday were over!!

Sad to say I didn't do my thursday workout (and then I ended up eating that darned chocolate covered granola bar!)..for some reason (which I figured out today, if YKWIM?) I had zero energy...though I felt great and was busy all day....ate all my regular foods (and I'm sorry that I keep posting about eating the same foods....I stay with what works...)

luckily for me, my energy came back Friday and I was able to bang out a fire 45...and to my suprise I did the whole class!! Love noticing results don't you??

Friday turned into an extremely busy day...I didn't sit to relax once! (which I hate to say, I usually am able to squeeze a 20 min power rest at some point in my day...but hey, I'm up at 5am)...still managed to eat well all day...definitely relied on my fluid intake to keep me going today...and tonite was our 'bad food' night....pizza....lots of it.

The rest of the weekend was pretty busy....I worked with a bride, a girl's birthday party and then went to a Breast Cancer fundraiser in the evening. My eating for that day was about 80% good....had my "regular" morning breakie...rice cakes, pb&j...had a shake with blueberries, ProFit and milk...lunch was a turkey on whole wheat from Timmy's...afternoon snack was carrots and dinner I indulged in the most amazing chicken breast on a bun....maybe going to start using roasted red pepper now...yum yum!

Fries also came with that (which, yes, I had some) and some martini's (all for BC fundraising!!)

Sunday was OK for eating for the most part...it was my rest day (and my grocery shopping day) so no exercise for me.....I did indulge in a few ice cream/cookie sandwiches though....

So I guess looking back, the weekend kind of won....I tried to make the best choices, but at least I did my power workout...so maybe it was kind of even...kind of...right??;)

BUT...............no preview
It's Monday!! Rise and shine!!.....I slept in, but whatever!

Today on the schedule, for workout:  Sculpt 30...and maybe even a bit of a cardio...I may try to squeeze in a 20-25 min cardio (fingers crossed)...here's hopin'

I have quite a bit of laundry to put away today....how does it just seem to show up!!?? So most of my day will be dedicated to putting laundry away.....and packing as we are going away camping for the weekend starting on Thursday.

It seems like I'm just putting the same things down day after day and that it's kind of boring....so what would you like to "read" from me?? I have a few ideas (my grocery shopping routine/list making, my fridge organization, what's in my cupboards etc...) but I would love to hear any of your thoughts:)

It's getting easier....

I've read(or maybe heard it from Dr. Oz or Oprah) that it takes up to 21 days to form a "good habit"....and I'm noticing that it's getting easier to get there!
no preview
After MANY,MANY attempts at losing weight, working out, eating better (only to lose out to the couch, and poor food choices...)...it's becoming easier and a no-brainer to be healthy...and I'm taking the Good Habits exit...and hope you are too.

I'm finding I'm not as worried about my eating...mainly because I have and keep the foods I need in my house! My freezer is stocked with chicken and fruit (and bacon for my kids!) my fridge has fresh veggies and fruit, and I make sure to USE them....instead of my usual throw them away (then I'm not just eating poorly...I'm also wasting money!!)...and there's no "junk food" anymore!
(funny story: this morning my husband woke up to a "sore tummy"...I found that he finished a bag of chips that was hiding in the cupboard and that was the last thing he ate before going to bed....the light-bulb above his head started to get brighter as he's figuring out it's not that good to eat crappy food...especially before bed)

Recap of yesterday (which was an AWESOME hump day btw!)
Pre- workout snack: rice cake, pb and j
Workout: Core 20!! missed from the day before!
Post Workout: Result and Recovery from p90x (I wasn't ready to have breakie, b/c I still had Fire 30 to do!)
Workout #2: Fire 30!! And even HERE I'm noticing I'm jumping higher, switching between the low impact to the medium, and still kicking it!
Breakfast (though this was around 9:30 am at this point): ProFit shake(chocolate) with banana and peanut butter...this also was my snack too because I was filled up!
Lunch: leftover chicken breast, cucumber tomato and green onion salad
Late afternoon snack: grapes, cheese, cucumber
Dinner: chicken quesadillas with green pepper, onion, mushroom and cheese....yum!
Sometimes I'm hungry later in the evening...but I wasn't last night....not even a little bit...but I did snack on some grapes for sweetness before bed (had maybe 5 or 6)

All in all...it was a great Wednesday...woke up this morning feeling strong.....today is a light day with a Stretch 40 as my only workout....I need it....it's like a yoga class...

Well...I'm off to start my day....today breakie is 2 rice cakes (stick with what works I tell ya....) and a busy day of cleaning!!

Weigh in Wednesday!!

no preview
It's Here!!!
It's Weigh In Wednesday.
Can't say that I'm looking forward to doing this...even though I dominated Monday...Tuesday came in and tore me a new one!! I only had a 30 min workout scheduled...did I do it?? NO:(

I don't know WHAT happened to me yesterday...everything started off normal...I even went to bed early the night before!
For breakie yesterday I had oatmeal, half a peach and 1tbsp of walnuts (ymmy btw!)
I tried to be creative with my shake for snack (didn't turn out the greatest...but I drank most of it)
...then I made popcorn for a snack for the kids....and that's the last thing I remember!!
no previewI have stopped buying the pre-packaged popcorn (you know what I mean) because of all the chemicals that are in it...plus...it just doesn't taste "real" to me.
So I use Epicures small silicone steamerno previewand it works awesome! I put about 1/4c to 1/2c of kernels into it and put it in the microwave for about 2 mins....healthy right??
Well...I have also stopped buying "margarine" for the same reason...we have switched back to tried and true butter (which gets used in SMALLER amounts)....so I usually melt about  1tbsp of butter (measure out cold tbsp before melting) for the popcorn...it made enough for all the kiddies I had yesterday to have a small snack bowl full PLUS let ME have some...because I used my Fat Fighter yesterday...just thought I'd see how I felt after using it...that's for another post (it's a good thing..as MS says)

Anyhow...to cut to the chase...my eating wasn't that great yesterday...but it wasn't that bad either...it was more missing the workout that was the problem....I kept finding other things to do. That's my hump I have to get over, or beat down with a stick.

BUT...here are my numbers!!
Chest: 42.5 (DOWN 1.5)
Waist 1. 40 (DOWN 1.5)
          2. 41.5(DOWN 3!!)
          3. 43 (this one wasn't in my original measurements...in my original measurement I used my hip area, which wasn't the right spot!)
Hips: 46 (same)
R Leg: 22 (DOWN 1.5)
L Leg: 22(DOWN 2)
R arm: 12 (same)
L arm: 13 (same)
R calf: 17 (same)
L calf 17 (same)

total measurements (not including the #3 in the waist measurement b/c it's not in my original one): 273
...so that means I have LOST 10.5 inches already!!! (and 6 inches are lost due to the It Works wrap and supplements that I've been using!!)

the big drum roll for weight.............................201.8!!! DOWN 3.2 lbs since last weighing myself on July 5th!!....now....I wonder if I had worked out yesterday and eaten better, if I would have been down a bit more??!! Ugh...well, if that's not motivation...I don't know what is!

The great thing about this....it doesn't feel like I'm doing anything different (other then squeezing in the workouts...which, if I really stick to my schedule, IS a no-brainer! )

Well...now seeing these numbers has re-lit my fire...look out Wednesday...there's an extra workout coming your way!! On schedule for today for workout: Core 20, Fire 30, Stretch 10...AND I have a client coming for a wrap(yipee!! I am so excited!!)...so there are NO excuses as to why I can't get this workout DONE this morning!!

Are you weighing/measuring yourself? Are you seeing results? Does that keep you going?

happy health!

Not going to let Monday kick my....

It's here....the start of the week. I've decided NOT to let Monday kick my behind....I decided to let Turbo Fire kick it instead....and as I sit here typing, drenched in sweat..I know I've started this week off on a good foot!
Take THAT Monday.

A recap of my Sunday (as I have decided to make Sunday my "non-blog" day...)...it was a pretty good day...the first part of the day was great (eating wise), and then I let my 20% out...pizza and chips for dinner (but that's ok, because I only had 2 pieces and a small bowl of chips, knowing I was going to be working out hard in the morning)
I decided that Sunday afternoon was going to be my lazy day...and it was! I was craving ice cream last night (more specifically a Blizzard..) but the boys and I went up to the store and got some Popsicles instead (that was an interesting journey....note to self...next time just go BY myself...if you have young kids you understand...and if you don't....you were probably cursing my kids if you were at the store;)

I tried the It Works ProFit protein powder (chocolate) for my breakfast...and I LOVE it!! (even MORE then Shakeology...sorry)
There are 2 reasons why I love it....1. the taste! It's like a milk chocolate shake...I added 1c. almond milk, banana and peanut butter) and there was no aftertaste (which I do get sometimes with Shakeology)
                                                       2. the price....it's half the price of Shakeology per serving with all the same benefits for the most part (ok...they don't travel to the most remote parts of the earth for ingredients as Shakeology does, but instead they use regular fruits and veggies for their shake, which is fine by me)

Anyhow...NOW that I have my workout out of the way (whew hew!!) I can get the rest of my "Monday List" done...which consists of cleaning the house (as per my list) and I have an appt for my youngest, so we'll be out most of the afternoon...BUT I have already logged most of my meals on myfitnesspal.com (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/)...not sure if that link will take you directly to my page or not...it may ask you to sign in...it's a FREE site to log in your exercise, food etc...it's a perfect way to plan ahead!

Before my workout this morning I did the same song and dance...the rice cake with PB and J
Now I'm going to have my Results and Recovery from P90x, then my It Works protein shake with banana and PB...lunch is a turkey wrap with avocado hummus (yum) and snacks are grapes with cheese and cucumber with light dressing (I'll most likely pack those to take with me on our errands today)

After logging all of that in....I still have approx 500 calories to tinker around with...awesome!!
See...when you workout...you can have more calories (just need to be careful as to WHAT calories you are consuming....ice cream, not the best calorie consumption, but chicken, rice and veggies...a better choice.)

I may update this as the day goes on, but for now....Happy Health! (and Happy Monday)

Today was a long (and 80%) healthy day

So...Saturday has come and gone...and I have survived!no preview

Here is a recap of my day:
~ my little one (God bless his soul) decided to wake UP during my 9pm workout on Friday night!! (so I only got 28 mins of a 45 min Fire 45 completed...but at least it better then not doing it at all!)...then he decided to have a second helping of din din (his was bologne slices and cold noodles with carrots...one of his signature meals) and be UP until around 4am....so needless to say...I was t.i.r.e.d....BUT I made a conscious decision that I was going to be healthy (for most part of the day....it's the old 80-20 rule I tend to put into effect every now and then...except NOW the 80 is the "good" stuff and the 20 is the "not so good"...believe it or not, it used to be the other way around;)
For breakie I had a shake...shakeology, banana, peanut butter and almond milk
snack...almonds and 2 clementines
lunch chicken (left over from last night) and green salad (from my jar!!)..these are the jars that I did the other day...iceberg lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, scallions

..I was pumped for my wrap party in the afternoon!! After taking my older child to soccer and then a birthday party I sat and waited for my It Works Rep to come....party came and I went down a few inches....in 45 mins!! I had a great time learning how a wrap party goes and how she uses, explains the products....

LOVE the demos that can be done....for example...I took my husbands "equate" multivitamin and put it in a glass of water, and also had an It's Vital one in a glass of water...after 30mins the It Works multi was completely broken apart and was absorbed into the water (turning the water a different colour)...the equate brand was still in pill form (though broken down by the water) but NOT absorbed into the water...meaning the colour was still a "clear"....a quick science lesson for those that don't know...your body is made up of over 75% water...so your cells would be absorbing all the It Works ingredients and NONE of the generic brand.....food for thought. Discuss....(I really wish I took a picture of that!)

Dinner I allowed myself to have a hamburger bun with my burger (we went quite late with my party, just chatting after and needed to whip something up quick..)...I use the PC thin buns (whole grain) and had more salad with it....I also scarfed down a few (ok....4) chocolate covered granola bars.....little tasty bits of evil;)
no preview
but now, the effects of only having 4 hours of sleep are starting to take their effect...(as proven by that statement) and I haven't done my workout yet (Stretch 40..) so I plan on being well rested tonight (my hubby can deal with the small kid tonight) and do my workout tomorrow.....but for some reason I feel like I have plans set for tomorrow.....don't you hate when you think you are forgetting something!!??

Ugh...anyhow..
Happy Health!

It's Friday already!??

Oh my...that was a fast week!
(and a BIG thanks to all of you that have gotten in touch with me on FB...LOVE the support!! Keep on keepin' on!;)

I'm hosting my first It Works Wrap Party (ps...if you are in the Lucan area on Saturday around 3pm...feel free to stop in and get wrapped for $35 or just take a look at the product) on Saturday and I have NONE of my cleaning list done!! So...guess what I'll be doing today....no preview

I found a "cleaning list" on Pinterest that made the chores not so "chore-y" (that can be a word can't it?)http://tipsandpix.com/?p=76 and it made the everyday chores make so much sense!!
I make the beds every morning..and even though there are toys and clothes all over the place still...just having the bed MADE makes all the difference (and makes me want to do MORE!)

I WILL do my exercise today (Fire 45 EZ and Stretch 40) but it may not be until later on in the day...I would rather get to the main cleaning issues at hand first (but, ya never know!)

And on top of that...I woke up feeling great and energized(no knee pain!!)...sometimes you have to keep going to get over the hump!!
I've already had "breakfast" : 2 rice cakes, 1tbsp peanut butter and 1tbsp grape jelly with a big 20 oz container of water (and I always drink one 20 oz container of water as soon as I get up)

The rest of the day I hope to keep myself so busy that I don't have the "binge" bug...my snacks today will include almonds, tangerines, peaches, cucumber slices, Laughing Cow cheese, lunch will be chicken and green salad with Epicure Vinaigrette dressing and for dinner, BBQ chicken, warm mushrooms in Thyme and Olive oil and I haven't decided on a salad or rice for dinner (it will depend on how hungry I am I guess)
..so fingers crossed that is how my food day will go!!

What is It Works?
no preview
Founded in 2001, It Works! Global is a direct selling company that offers professional quality beauty and wellness products that both reflect high standards of integrity and reach consumers at affordable prices. In 2011, It Works! Global was ranked on Inc. magazine's prestigious Inc. 500/5000 list as one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in its category.

It was started by a husband and wife team (the husband was a highschool teacher) and it has just taken off!

As an aesthetician/beauty professional I was skeptical of this "product" at first...but after getting into the ingredients list and background (they have been researching and developing these products for OVER 20 years! With proof to back up their claims...so it's not an overnight thing) I  love it! All the ingredients in the wraps and defining gel are the SAME ingredients/essential oils that I would have to gather to make for my anti-cellulite treatment (which I charge between $55-$95,depending on what sort of treatment you are looking for )

With this product and company (and yes, it's home based...) you don't need to find more "reps" to keep it going, you just need people that want to and need to take control of their life and be healthy.

...the product itself does the selling (and gives the results)...there are 2 main ways to purchase the product:  1. Retail Price....but who wants that?         2. Wholesale (by either being a Loyal Customer or Distributor)

If you are wanting more information, feel free to contact me, or even go to my ItWorks site...you can immediately place your order ON my site, and the products come RIGHT TO YOUR HOUSE! No waiting for me to deliver it (which is a good thing...trust me!)

Today's recap...

This morning was a hard morning to get out of bed....I was a bit sore from my Tuesday workout (which was Fire 30..kickbox cardio with TurboFire)...my knees are so sore today!!
BUT...I decided that no matter what....I'm doing something (because something is better then nothing...!!)

My morning started out regular...took 2 Tylenol Arthritis (to combat the knee pains)...can't wait to order my Relief (https://bronzedbodywrap.myitworks.com/Home) to take place of the Tylenol!!

For my pre-workout meal....one rice cake (plain unsalted) with .5 tbsp peanut butter (I get the lower fat one from Kraft) and .5 tbsp Smuckers Concord Grape Jelly...it's just enough to give me energy to workout...I also took my Thermofit (also from It Works)
(this isn't what mine was...I ate it before I decided to maybe post pics...but you get the idea)

Then I did my Turbo Fire Tone 30...a 30 min full body tone workout with resistance bands...I was sweating after that! I also have Core 20 and Fire 45 possibly to do today...not sure though about time (but I can do the Core 20...it's the 45 that I may have trouble getting to)

After my workout I had my P90X Results and Recovery drink from Beachbody...it's a post-workout drink that helps the muscles to repair, rebuild and adapt from working out. This is a key factor in how quickly and completely my body will recover and benefit from exercise...it also has an orange taste to it...it's Ok...I can drink it without any issue.
I find if I'm running crazy with kids and running late with my OWN meals...I'll even make one and have some of it if I'm hungry..it helps to keep me satiated and doesn't allow me to binge on anything "handy" (like a chocolate covered granola bar!!)

Now I'm ready for something else (it's about 9:40am)...what I'm just not sure...I think I'm going to have some grapes and some cheese...about 1/2c green grapes and 1/2oz marble cheese...

and then it all went downhill from there.......
I ended up doing my Core 20 (still need to do the Fire 45EZ), and I was STARVING!!

I started making mine and the kids lunch (my lunch was half a tortilla wrap with 1 tbsp avocado hummus and 3 slices of Pillers Black Forest Ham with 1/4 of a cucumber sliced on it)....I ate and then I went into binge mode once the kids went to bed.......poor Goldfish crackers...they didn't know what hit them!!
no preview Then I got tired and slept it off for a few mins (my carb coma as I'd like to think)

BUT...I'm jumping BACK on the horse....grabbed a handful of raw almonds and 2 tangerines for my afternoon snack.

I have a client tonight so an easy din-din for the fam...hamburgers...and this time I'm not having a bun with mine....I'm making a ridiculously large garden salad....with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and cabbage and I put them into mason jars...takes up LESS space in the fridge and I make a few for my husband...and voila...his lunch is made (then I add the cucumber and tomato in ziploc baggies...they would ruin the salad if I put them in when I first made it)
no preview again...this isn't my presentation of how I do the jar salads, as I think this one has the dressing on the bottom...I don't add dressing to it...once I get my photography skills going (if I have any??!) then I will post my own pics...promise!!

My plan.....have a binge free night!!! I don't know what happens....it's like another being takes over and I can't stop....does anyone else have that happen to them!??!?

Until tomorrow....happy health!

It's been a while...oops (story of my life!!)

Ok, ok...so this is a TERRIBLE way to start a blog, I know!!
It's been almost 4 weeks since I first posted...yikes! Where did that time go....oh, I know...it went to cravings, eating not so good food for me, and ZERO exercise! (though for the most part, I have made a more conscious effort to make better choices when it comes to food)...and recently we just got back from camping (with minimal binges I must say;)

So...today I weighed myself...205...not bad...didn't lose much but didn't gain much either...phew!
I have since sat down and put my thoughts and goals on PAPER...that way I think they are more real, don't you?

So, I have completely mapped out my workout schedule (btw I'm using TurboFire from Beachbody)...I've missed a few days...BUT I have also made myself accountable for it....by creating a Workout Jar, where I put $1.00 IN for every workout completed...so far, only $2 sits in this big jar, especially since I just did a workout this morning (tone 30) and the last time I put $$ in was on Tuesday....but I guess it's better then having NOTHING in the jar!

I get up early in the mornings (between 5am and 5:30am) to make my husbands lunch...why?? (you may ask)...because if I don't...he'll end up spending $50/week on lunches (AND crappy lunches at that!)
I make him a shake (blueberries, mango, orange juice and almond milk to be exact...he has no clue except it tastes good and it has decreased his coffee consumption by a large Timmy's)...I put a salad (with either cooked chicken breast or ham) dressing, fruit, veggies and a granola bar, along with a large water and now because of the heat a Gatorade (he's a fabricator so he's in a hot factory all day)

...also I get up early because it's my quiet time...for the most part..I have a 4 yr old that would like to get up early/stay up late. Depending on what sort of mood I'm in, I'll either workout, clean or sit on the computer (Pinterest to be exact) I run a daycare out of my home during the day...I'm also an aesthetician and have a little home spa (www.bronzedbody.webs.com) ....so I definitely need my quiet time!!

Don't get me wrong...getting up early isn't the easiest thing to do...I hit the snooze button at least once..but once I get going I sort of enjoy the early start...and most nights, I'm in bed by 10pm (11 the latest...)
